Mark, a CPA with a commerce degree majoring in Law and Accounting, boasts a background in technology and financial services. His expertise spans company listing, M&A, and capital raising.
His forte lies in strategic leadership, steering businesses towards their objectives with formidable financial and analytical skills. After beginning in public practice and a stint at Ernst & Young, Mark ventured into entrepreneurship in the construction sector.
Mark’s prominent role as the CFO and Company Secretary of Empired Ltd (ASX: EPD) from 2005 to 2016 marked significant achievements: scaling the company from 20 to 1,000 employees, expanding nationally and internationally, and growing revenue from $2m to $160m.
In 2017, Mark co-founded Forrest Private Wealth through the acquisition of three businesses, managing over $150m in funds and 500 clients nationwide. He also serves on the Board of One Click Life, an innovative financial services platform with 40,000+ users.
